Nestled in the picturesque Tualatin Valley and within easy access of Interstate 5, the well-established, 55-and-better community of King City is just 15 miles from downtown Portland and 45 minutes from Portland International Airport. Salem, the state capital, is a 45-minute drive south through the sprawling farmlands of the Willamette Valley.

King City also is within 90 miles of the beautiful Pacific Ocean beaches, the main route to which passes through the rolling hills of Oregon’s flourishing wine country. If that weren’t enough, the famous Cascade Mountains resorts of Bend and Sisters, Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge are all within a short drive from King City.
