To move forward in an effort to be more transparent about what the KCCA Board is doing, members will receive information via E-Blast.
On July 25, 2023, in an open meeting of the Board of Directors a preliminary discussion regarding a change to assessment collection. We received much feedback from the residents of this fine community. I would like to assure you that we have heard your concerns and realized that the change to a per-door assessment would cause undue hardship to many in our community. From the information and feedback, we have received, it would be better to continue with our current method of assessment collection. In short, the per member assessment will remain in effect.
Why the new person at the window?
Teri is going on vacation and there was no one to take her place. This would mean that the window would be closed for a week, which is not acceptable. To remedy this issue, a temporary employee (Margie) is being trained to perform Teri’s function at the window until she returns.
